Your favourite movies are so important to you. They are precious, and you should treasure them. But that doesn’t stop us from making a complete pig’s breakfast out of sequels, reboots and sitcom adoption. We didn’t start this. Terminator (Genesys & Dark Fate, Star Trek and all the others that ruined what was great before we could. We are just adding to it and going deeper into the more acclaimed movies. Our movie ideas are not as bad as what Star Trek did. At least we clearly label our crimes against cinema. At least they could have called it Star Trek: Ruination.
