The Brokeback Mountain video game would feature two studly guys in the mountains who have to avoid getting caught by other mountain people (Metal Gear Solid). This is a provable concept for a mass audience (The Last of Us 2 proved that) but we need some zombies. We have it. Ennis and Jack have to do tasks for Joe Aguirre early in the game and avoid mountain bears later in the game.
The horse riding mechanics can be borrowed from Red Dead Redemption 2. Final Boss will be the unforgiving public as Ennis and Jack try to escape small town America, gather resources and an RV before driving into the epilogue level.
Do we think this game could command top dollar, or do we need Jake Gyllenhaal to do voice acting for this to get off the ground? The Brokeback Mountain video game could do for video game ideas what Stargate did for television shows.
